  Shozo Ohtani, President & CEO (Founder)
    A graduate of Northern Arizona University, Ohtani joined Matsushita Electric in 1982. Ten years later     he established Zentek Strategy, Inc., a technology and business consulting enterprise.
    Ohtani formed Zentek Technology, Inc. in 1997, and has been president since 2000.

  Kazuo Yoshimura, Executive Director, CFO & IR
    Yoshimura graduated from prestigious Tokyo University and joined the Industrial Bank of Japan in     1979. In 1996 he became Managing Director of AIDEC Management Co. Yoshimura was appointed     Director for Finance and Investor Relations at Zentek in 2000.

  Kiyoshi Ito, Executive Director, Director for Sales Division
    A graduate of Osaka Institute of Technology, Kiyoshi Ito joined Matsushita Electric Industrial Co.,
    Ltd.in 1971.After BINS Co., Ltd. and Matsushita Computer Systems Co., Ltd., he became Executive
    Director of KYODO Computer Co., Ltd. in 1995. He was appointed Director for General     Administration Division and Executive Officer at Zentek in 2001, Director for Sales Division in 2002,
    and has been Executive Director since June 2007.

  Tsuyoshi Ito, Executive Director, Director for General Administration Division
    Tsuyoshi Ito graduated from Keio University and joined Matsushita Electric in 1974. He was     appointed Director for Legal Division and Executive Officer at Zentek in 2006,Director for General     Division in the same year, and has been Director for General Administration Division and Executive     Director since June 2007.
